Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.

To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos of the product.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition with tags and packaging

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size preference (unless specifically offered)
  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings

    If your return request is approved:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
    • Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
