Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos of the product.
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition with tags and packaging
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Size preference (unless specifically offered)
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings
If your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
