Return & Exchange Policy

At Riwaayat by Pihu, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange:

Exchange is accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and product photos.

Return:

We do not offer returns/refunds for size issues, colour preference changes or change of mind. Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Conditions for exchange:

• Product must be unused, unwashed and with original tags/packaging.

• Exchange requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

• Sale, discounted and Rakhi Special Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Replacement depends on product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we will help with a suitable resolution.

Important:

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Handwork, print placement and minor variations are part of the product’s design and may not be considered defects.
